Please read our Return Policy when considering your return/exchange. Our Returns Manager Form above will assist in making returns easy online! 

Once you have filled out our Returns Manager Form please allow 48 HRS for approval and further instructions regarding your return.

 

Returns & Refunds

You may return/exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of the ship date. ALL RETURNS must be made within 14 DAYS of the SHIP DATE or we will not honor the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will then offer an exchange option or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an exchange item will be available when the return reaches our department. We do not hold items for exchange. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. We leave that completely up to the customer.

We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demands for our products. No matter what the circumstances, we WILL NOT accept any returns past our 14 day mark. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. We urge you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy.

Holiday Return Policy:

Any holiday purchases made starting October 1st are eligible for return, if returned by January 8th. This does not apply to any final sale items.

 

Still have questions? Customer Service can be reached via email at returns@shoptherage.com. We will respond to all inquiries within 2-4 business days, but do not answer requests on weekends or Holidays. If you need to contact us immediately about an order, we recommend calling as not all emails are read in time. Also, please note that though we have a 14 day return policy on clothing items, ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return. We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.

****Please also note that any STORE-WIDE SALES are FINAL SALES as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events or final sale collections.
