You may exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of the ship date. ALL RETURNS must be made within 14 DAYS of the SHIP DATE or we will not honor the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will then offer an exchange option or refund. We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demands for our products. No matter what the circumstances, we WILL NOT accept any returns past our 14 day mark. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. We urge you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49! We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. We leave that completely up to the customer.
All orders will be processed within two days from the original order date and time, and will be shipped within 3 days maximum. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note when shipping via UPS, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM to be shipped the same day. Any UPS orders made after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next business day.
